Do all the runners receive medals?
No. The overall and age group winners will receive gift cards that they can use at La Crosse Downtown businesses.
Can we walk?
Of Course! We welcome participants of all levels and their families. You can walk, trot, run, even dance across the finish line if you would like!
Are t-shirts included?
Yes, each registered participant will get a t-shirt with their race registration.
How long are the Kids' Races?
There are 3 lengths of Kids' Races. Kids are welcome to run one, or all three! The lengths are 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile, and 1/2 mile.
Do I need to run the 4 Mile for my children to participate in the Kids' Races?
Not at all! You do not need to register for the 4 Mile in order for your children to Fire up their Fourth with the Kids'Races!
